STEPPER EYEWEAR CONTINUES ITS SUPPORT FOR VCHP

STEPPER EYEWEAR’s support makes a very tangible difference to the charity which provides eyecare services in an accessible and friendly environment where visitors feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. In previous years Stepper has supported the Manchester and Leeds clinics.

Liz and Peter met the clinic manager, Claire Wier, and optometrist Frank Eperjesi who are part of a team providing an invaluable service for those who would be otherwise unable to benefit from comprehensive eyecare, which is sometimes reading specs, or a more complex prescription, and for others referral for hospital treatment.

'We have supported VCHP for several years and value the relationship we have developed together.  Meeting the team, and those who benefit from their work, reinforces our commitment to playing our small part in the extremely valuable service this organisation provides,' said Peter.

'It was a humbling experience to see how something that most of us take for granted, eye examinations and the provision of a life-changing pair of spectacles delivered by dedicated professional volunteers,' added Liz.
