Hans - Food For Thought No. 6

100 g Butter

100 g Valrhona Chocolate

2 whole Eggs

2 egg yolks

60 g Sugar

1 Teaspoon flour



Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie.

In another bowl mix sugar, egg yolks and whole eggs. When fluffy fold in the flour.

Add the chocolate-butter mix. Pour the mix up to the edge of separate greased moulds.

Cook the cakes in a 180 preheated oven in a tray with around 2 cm hot water for around 5 minutes, then let slightly glide an extra piece of chocolate into each cake and cook for another 5 minutes.
