Ingredients:
- 1.5 to 2.0 Litre of home-made Beef Broth
- 600g tender brisket and/or short rib, cut in cubes
- 400g potatoes cut in cubes, drained
- 400 g hand-made spätzle
- 150 g onions in thin rings
- Black pepper
- Butter for frying the onions
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cook potatoes in salt water until soft, drain
- Fry onions in butter until soft and a bit coloured, add salt
- Heat up the broth, add potatoes, spätzle and meat
- Check seasoning
- Spread onions on top, check temperature
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve
